Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information KillTime Games ("we", "us") collects when you visit killtimegames.net (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

In plain terms: you do not need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address, or payment details. We do use cookies, analytics and advertising providers that handle anonymous usage data. The details are below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: none is required. The Site is fully playable without registration, and we do not operate a login system.

Information collected automatically: when you load a page, our host and analytics providers may record your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, session duration, and approximate location derived from your IP (country or city level). This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Information collected by third parties: advertising and game-distribution partners (sections 4-6) set their own cookies and collect data under their own policies.

2. How We Use Information

3. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. We and our partners use cookies to remember preferences, measure traffic and serve ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking all cookies may prevent some embedded games from running.

4. Google Advertising Cookies

Advertising on this Site is served by Google. The following disclosures are required by Google's publisher policies:

5. Other Advertising and Game Partners

Depending on the game, embedded content and in-game advertising may be delivered by third-party distribution networks such as GameMonetize and GameDistribution. These partners may collect data and serve ads inside the game frame under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices and encourage you to review those policies.

6. Analytics

We use privacy-conscious web analytics to measure aggregate traffic (for example Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible). These tools count page views and referrers without building advertising profiles. Any standard content blocker will stop them.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians can additionally use browser-level content and cookie controls to restrict advertising.

8. Your Rights (EEA / UK - GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site, together with consent for non-essential cookies and advertising. To exercise these rights, email the address in section 12.

9. Your Rights (California - CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA. California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information we hold. Because we run no accounts, we generally hold nothing that can be tied back to you. Requests go to the address in section 12.

10. Data Retention and Security

Aggregated analytics data is retained by our providers for the periods they define (typically 14 to 50 months). The Site is served over HTTPS and relies on our hosting provider's security controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact Us

Questions, data requests, or takedown notices: [email protected]. We aim to respond within 7 days.
